Not sure how to feel.
Our advance request was not honored with our booking when we asked for extra blankets and pillows prior to our arrival. They told me that they never got that request but did follow through after I mentioned it. Upon entering the room we inquired about the fact that the room was supposed to be queen size beds, the staff informed us that they were. They were doubles not queens(the bedspreads were for queen beds, the mattresses were doubles, we know how wide a queen bed feels as we've slept on one for ten years). The fact that they placed us a room for two nights with the incorrect size of the beds speaks very deceitfully to the public eye. I had contemplated signing up for their rewards program that they offer when we checked in but this particular occurrence made me change my mind. We also ended up with partiers next to us that during the evening and night security came by several times to quiet them down. Finally when checking out the staff(manager on duty as per her name tag) didn't even have the courtesy to ask how our stay was. Little things like that go a long way in the customer service world. Have been very faithful and loyal customers over the last six years but not sure how we feel now.

Very Good8.0
Toastmaster Region Advisor visits WPG
overall the visit was a good one as I was staying there at the request of Toastmasters so I could be there for their meeting on Sat. We had a discussion about charging for a later check out, which was resolved, so overall a good visit.
