WiFi needs improvement it is inconsistent. The bed.needed more pillows other than the two flat ones on the bed, no others in room. Nothing for an English speaker to watch on TV. The location was excellent and the employees were very nice and helpful

Our room was not available first night and they offered us a replacement room that was not good, then they gave us two single rooms that are so narrow. The remaining 2 nights we had our booked room which was good. Breakfast was not very tasty.

Great location, bad rooms
The location of the hotel was perfect and the price for the stay was pretty good. That's about it. The room was very small, very dated, and the bathroom had mildew buildup. The air conditioner either didnt work or since its controlled by the front desk they refused to set it to an acceptable room temperature in 90 degree weather. If you're planning alot of walking around and dont mind the heat this is the place for you.

Exceptional 10.0
Hotel elite was amazing! They worked with my friend and I- making sure someone was there to let us in the hotel, & checking us in super late at night even though reception was closed. Most of the staff speaks English, it’s an adorable hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place if you’re planning on lots of tourism
Hotel Elite is wonderfully located in the room. It’s close to the Trevi fountain in the Spanish steps, and it has plenty of busses and a metro station close by you. The hotel itself has a bit of ancient Rome charm with some modern decorations in the common areas. The room that we stayed in, a standard room, was just fine. It was spacious but the decorations were not that inviting, and we got a good nights sleep every night we were there even if the bed was not the most comfortable we had during our trip to Europe. The hotel does offer the option of more expensive and presumably more decorated rooms. But we mainly needed a place to crash for the night, as we were doing a lot of exploration in the city, and hotel Elite fit the bill. The staff was very generous and welcoming. Do note that there’s no one at the front desk between 11pm and 7am.
