Disappointed pool was closed and not mentioned.
The first room we had had hair and dirt all over the bed. We went back and were able to switch rooms and the second room was suitable. We booked this hotel because of the indoor pool, only to find out that it was drained for maintenance. I feel like that should have been noted on the website, my little boy was super disappointed because we had planned on staying at the hotel that night to swim. Other than that the stay was ok. But if I’d know about the pool we would have booked at a different hotel.

In general the property was clean and well maintained. There were little things that made it seem a bit long in the tooth. The WiFi was not strong enough to run a VPN connection so I had to use my phone as a hot spot. Breakfast was good but busy with lots of people who refused to wear masks at all. I did not eat because of this.

Not very clean. Everything from rooms to common areas needs major updating. I refused to let my children use the pool because it was a very odd deep green color and was either filthy or had too many chemicals. Shortage of pillows, uncomfortable beds and thin bedding. Was grossed out all weekend. Dirt in every corner. The only positive was the staff was super friendly.
