Location, location, location

Hotel is in a perfect location in midtown. It is under renovation so we where a bit worried we’d be disturbed by the workers in the morning but they didn’t start until 9 I think. The rooms are small but clean and nice. We stayed in a renovated room facing the back of the building which made it quieter. The complementary coffee was a nice touch.

This property is old and unattractive. Barely better aesthetics than a Motel 6. Windows were to an air shaft. Ughh. Room was spare but not in a stylish minimalist way. Just starkly plain with cheap finishes. Shared elevator with construction workers and their debris. Be warned: there could be a lot of noise and disruption. I came late just as construction workers were leaving and departed early just as they arrived. Hotel staff members were friendly
