Great front desk and bar/restaurant staff!
The property has some nice options for dining and pools. We spent more time at the Dolphin than the Swan as we found that the restaurants/bars and pools were nicer. The rooms are nice, bedding was good. The staff we encountered were amazing, everyone was friendly and attentive. Kudos to the staff.

Fantastic Hotel
We had a fantastic stay at the Swan! Location is amazing - walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, with frequent boat service as well, and very reliable bus service to Magic Kingdom (TTC), Disney Springs, and Animal Kingdom. We loved our room, which was spacious and had a nice view of Tower of Terror. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. Only suggestion would be to add some more towel hooks in the bathroom, and some additional outlets or USB ports (the ones built into the lamps weren't always working for us). Pool complex is amazing, and on par with the best Disney pools in our opinion. We didn't try any of the on-site restaurants (we spent most of the time at the pool or in the Disney parks) but the selection seemed excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again!

Short stay, no major problems One of the bathroom lights did not work Otherwise the stay was fine, nothing special but close to Disney world so that is why we chose to stay here Undecided if we will be back as we enjoy staying on Disney property but this is pretty close and a lot less expensive

Incredible!
I loved wverything about this hotel except the bed. Great location, fantastic front desk staff and accessibility to both the Board Walk and the Disney Parks was great! The ONLY downside I could see was that the bed was hard as a rock - that being said, I will probably be back!
