The stay was amazing. The second day though we discovered a couple of blood stains on the sheets. We attempted to tell the front desk but each time we tried to tell them no one was at the front desk. Since it was an obvious stain we just let it go.

Is this really a 5 start hotel?
Unfortunately I didn't have a great stay. I will not recommend this hotel. This is not a 5 start hotel. Here are the issues I had. I requested a room with standing shower and not a tub. The front desk was kind to change my room with a standing shower; however, when I entered room number 403, the new room still had a tub. I just stayed and didn't let them know. The second thing that frustrated me was the internet. In this room (not sure about the rest of the hotel) the internet was absolutely unusable. I had to do most of my work on my phone. These days most hotels have resolved this issue. I hope there is an attention to this matter.
