The staff was polite and the person who checked me in was friendly. She took the time to explain there procedure. I wasn’t fond of the bring your towels down in order to get new ones. The other problem we had was that the walls were super thin. The room above is had what sound like a toddler or dog run all day and night. Also we were in a non smoking room. But I could smell smoke around us. We stayed here because of the proximity to my appointments. My husband and I are military also ETS. Also the room was outdated. Not very clean, bed hard, night stand wood chips, dirt on the walls. It just isn’t an hotel I would stay at again. Being military family we’ve had our shares of hotel stays. This one isn’t on our list of favorites.

Roaches !!! If you’re okay with having roaches as a extra guest then, whatever! That’s on you. They were mostly in the bathroom but I was nervous to cook, the staff kept all pots/plates at the front desk, because of COVID-19 so it’s understandable. Though it was a hassle because if they didn’t have something then you’re stuck. I had to buy my own pans. They stay was okay, nothing more. Probably won’t book again. I’m sorry but if you can’t get rid of the roach infestation then that’s a problem.

The staff was great but there were none of the amenities that were advertised. I had to purchase my own plates, utensils, and items for cooking. The refrigerator seal was broken so it stayed warm. There was used bandaid and candy wrappers under the bed. They left much to be desired.

The rooms were disgusting. I had to request a new one after getting one that smelled of mildew. The second room didn’t appear to be cleaned. It had a used toilet paper roll, linens with odor, and a lock that didn’t work (I have a video of this). I had to take a sleeping pill to rest because I was uncomfortable overall. I sprayed down the sheets, blankets, and pillows. I got on my hands and knees to scrub the toilet and tub before I could use it. I would never recommend this place. I was clearly desperate and exhausted to make this last minute booking for the night.

My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary. We reserved a studio with a queen bed. Upon checking in, we were informed there were no Queen Beds available so we were "upgraded" to 2 double beds (full size beds) for free. We get to the room and it is nothing like the picture. It was definitely not the studio we had reserved for 3 days. It was a regular room. The room was clean but the stove did not work. We went back to the front desk and informed them then stove did not work and that we had reserved a studio. I pulled up the room on hotels.com and showed the lady at the counter. She said "We don't have a studio with a Queen bed." So that means the room advertised on hotel.com does not exist at their hotel. We were given another room with 2 full beds and a working stove. My husband and I attempted to sleep in a bed together but I almost fell off. We slid the bed against the wall so that when I rolled over the wall would stop me from falling. This did not work because there was a picture hanging on the wall and I kept hitting it. Next we decided to put both full size beds together. It seemed like a winner but we had to keep pushing them back together because slide apart because we were trying to lay together, one of us kept ending up right were the two beds met. There was constant noise over head from 5 am til almost midnight. Like a dog running. The tv only had about 20 channels and the wifi was very slow unless you wanted to pay to have upgraded wifi.
