The room was clean; however, the stopper in the bath tub was inoperable. Additionally, there was some of the coating on the inside of the bath tub missing. The missing portion was the size of a golf ball.

Quick overnight stay
Little outdated. Not super organized check in- but overall an okay stay. Nothing to complain about.

Clean enough, but service issues.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, although dated and worn. My issues though were with the management. I arrived for checkin about 8pm. My checkin took almost 15minutes, despite the fact that I had registered and paid everything online. The manager couldnt scan my id, so he took several photos of it with his tablet. He also asked me to write down my name, address, phone number and email address on a separate piece of paper. He said about 8 times that it was just for the Hotel's use. Coffee makers are not kept in the room, or even central area at hotel. I had to request one and it was provided along with coffee and cups. No cream or sugar though. I had mentioned that I just finished a 12hr shift after a 4hr drive, and he finally got me to a room. After falling asleep, I was woken 3 times by people trying to get into my room (he assigned it to other people), him calling on the phone, and also him coming down to bang on the door all in the space of an hour or so. There was running around and banging in the room above me until early morning as well. All in all, a nice enough room, but the service was terrible. I mentioned it the next morning to the front desk manager, she said that she was sorry to hear it, and said that she hoped that I had a good day going forward.

Hotel generally great. Stay here a lot. But during my last stay, the Internet cut out early and the next day I was given an unclean room. Rare at the generally won Tysons Corner location. But that pales to the filthy room and rude staff at ESA Great Valley. That ESA hotel room at Great Valley was filthy, Wet dirty towels on chair, underwear on floor, unmade bed, surfaces gross - a health risk given COVID. Because I have on three occasions been placed in unclean rooms once at Tysons once at Great Valley, I believe ESA should called me for no less than three days and in my view five or six days

Location
The hotel's location made it easy to navigate to and from as we traveled around the area. While it is on a busy corner, it wasn't so loud that we couldn't enjoy having our window open to the fresh air.

There is no water between 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm due to technical problem.

Room was very clean. Bathroom needed updates bad. Tub was peeling and shower wall moved. Kitchen was clean. Really like that they offered laundry. Not bad for the price.

Very Good
Nothing exceptionally good (although the bed was comfortable), and nothing exceptionally bad (although the power outlets in one part of the room didn't work). Fine place to sleep and shower, which is what we needed. Quiet, and decent shape.
