Bring Your Own Towels
No ice machine on property-fridge in unit turned off-ridiculous. They do not have sufficient towels. They would promise to replace dirty towels but would never have any available for replacement. Staff would promise but never replace. great location-clean unit.

Check in was at 3:00 pm. When I got there the room wasn’t ready and had to wait until 5: 45pm. Horrible. This is always the case with this hotel. Have had to stay in the past at extended stay , and the wait is always about 2 hours. The room had cockroaches in the bathroom. In the past I had a room with a sofa bed and the bed had urine stains all over. Overall the service and cleanliness needs much improvement.

Safety concern and smells
We came for a family trip and we will never stay here again. The room itself was just ok. Very outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. It did have a kitchen which was nice. Fairly clean with just some hair left over here and there. The main issue was outside of the room. The hallways smelled very strongly of marijuana and the stairwell smelled of urine. It was loud off and on throughout the night. Our last day there they started doing maintenance on someone's door at around 8:00 in the morning. We brought our dog and I definitely did not feel safe when I had to walk him after dark.

Weekend getaway
I was coming from far with my daughter and arrived a bit early and tried to check-in before 3pm and was told a bit unprofessionally that i had to wait...no exceptions...so we had to run around town with our stuff in the car while we were in town which was a bit uncomfortable...we ended up checking in around 10pm which would've been nicer to had been able to just go straight to the room and relax but nope...other than that the stay was nice...wish the parking situation was more for actual guest than for for people living there and having big vehicles taking up 2 parking spots right up front of the hotel

This place needs a lot of work
Hotels.com service was great. This hotel needs a lot of work. The rooms were not well cleaned. There was trash on the floors throughout the property. The halls reeked of marijuana.
