Parking $15 per day
This is a new hotel near ASU campus. There is no parking space, no lot or street parking possible. You have to pay $15 per day to use ASU parking facility. That alone chases me away from this place in the future. The facility is new and clean. No carpet which I like. However, despite new, the facility is already suffered from plumbing issues, very low water pressure and slow drainage. The bed was not very comfortable. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

Easy access to Sun Devil Stadium
We booked this hotel for easy access to getting to the Sun Devil stadium. It was very easy to walk right over to the stadium!! Very quick walk. This was my first stay at a Hyatt and I can see why there’s a loyal following! The room was very clean and very nice!! I loved the body wash in the shower!! They provide full size shampoo and conditioner and body wash!! Plenty of towels as well. The check in staff was very friendly and kind and very helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great!! The only bad thing was-I was I could have stayed longer!

Second stay
This was my second time staying at the Hyatt Place. It’s a great location for moving in or visiting your ASU student. The parking garage is convenient and worth paying the $15 fee. The breakfast is tasty and there’s lots of seating in the lobby. The pool is a bit small, but wasn’t very crowded. Rooms are clean, modern & comfortable. The only downside was no housekeeping in three days and no recycling available. We would definitely stay again.
