Boasting a peaceful yet well-connected location in the commune of Minusio close to Locarno, this modern and inviting apartment is very well placed for relaxed stays along the northern shore of beautiful Lake Maggiore.

The 1st floor apartment is easily accessible by lift and inside offers a bright, contemporary layout comprising of a sitting room with large wrap around sofa, a SAT TV with DVD player, an accompanying modern dining area and a fully-equipped separate kitchen with a coffee machine. A sunny terrace balcony with outdoor sitting area offers a welcoming summertime flow, whilst the family bedroom with double bed and bunk beds is perfect for family groups of 4. A modern fitted family bathroom completes the layout of this modern, carefree home.

The 1st floor apartment features in a 4-storey residence with lift access. To the -1 level of the residence, a communal laundry room features.
Outside, public street parking is provided (restrictions apply).

    Très bon séjour

    Le logement était spacieux et confortable, bien équipé. On a pu accéder rapidement à tous les points d'intérêt de la région. Aucun reproche. Il y avait même une grande collection de DVD, mais malheureusement pour mes enfants, c'était tout en Allemand.
