I called the hotel 2 days before our arrival to let them know our flight isn’t due to arrive until midnight. Unfortunately, we were delayed 2 times so we didn’t get in until 2 am and to the hotel until around 2:30 am. When we arrived, we had to wait to be let in which took about 10 minutes. The person who finally let us in was not happy to be interrupted from whatever it was she was doing that kept her away from the desk. I tried to understand but her foul disposition carried through the remainder of the check in process. The room itself was, functional. There were several quarter sized holes in the walls(bathroom and bedroom) that made me a little uncomfortable, even after checking for cameras. The room was very small, little room to move around, or do what needed to be done. Additionally, the refrigerator didn’t get past the ‘slightly colder than room temperature’ phase.
I had a 2nd room reserved for a day after the initial reservation and we arrived around 7:30/8:00 pm and, once again had to be buzzed in. While we didn’t wait as long, the girl at the front desk was not only preoccupied with her phone, she was also pretty unpleasant. I will not be staying in this hotel again.
