You will love this classy place from first step
Absolutely spectacular place to stay! Very homy and aristocratic at the same time. We spent 4 nights and have only high words to discribe our experience. Walking distance to everything. 8 min to state opera for example. Subway is 2 min walk. Very classy, clean, comfortable place. Breakfast is fantastic with champagne, multiple choices of everything, white and crispy table clothes and outstanding service. We asked for bottle opener, cattle, tea and it was provided right away. Lovely atmosphere will surround you from the first step. The only one minus is about pillows. I believe it's nothing compare to the whole experience. Thank you very much for great job!

We loved it...and we will be back.
We were very comfortable in this hotel. Clean, lots of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was wonderful...not best we have ever had in Europe. Good value , good location...close to railway station and many tourist attractions.

Danella on the front desk was very professional and helpful. She always had a smile and seemed to always be there.

Great location, nice hotel
The location is great. There is a tramway right around the corner that goes directly to the center of the city. It’s also within easy walking distance of everything. The front desk staff was very helpful. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. The only problem was that it had a very strong “new carpet” smell. The front desk offered to move us to a different room, but one room that was available was not renovated and the other was smaller, so we chose to stay. (The older rooms are definitely in need of renovation. They are clean but old-fashioned and very tired-looking.) We opened the windows a crack and that helped a lot with the smell. Like many hotels in Europe, a “double bed” is not actually a double bed, it is two single beds pushed together, with two single comforters. As a couple, we hate that - you fall into the crack, and the comforters come off at night. But again, this is a common problem in Europe. And at least the beds were comfortable. The hotel offers several different styles of pillow. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. There is one waiter, an older guy, who was disagreeable in some way every day (3 times at breakfast and once at lunch in the restaurant), and he affirmatively kicks you out at 10:30. (Usually, when a hotel says their breakfast runs until 1030, they mean that they stop serving at 1030. In this case, you can’t even stay and finish your food after 1030.)
