Place was very Clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at check in. The room was extremely comfortable. I found breakfast for a comfort Inn not so great they were frozen Danish prepackaged not real eggs they were like McDonald's eggs

This company should be sued for false advertising for failing to have a laundry service and the breakfast was anything but. They do not clean the rooms everyday and customers have to wait on a nonexistent staff for towels, sheets, and othe fratures which should be cleaned and replaced daily.

The hotel was kept up very well and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The receptionist was very warm and friendly. The only very minor issue I had is that the pool was very cold. It’s January in the Midwest, if you’re going to offer a pool you should make sure it’s warm because it is a big perk for families with kids
