Another fantastic hotel experience
The Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland is ALWAYS my preferred place to stay whenever I'm in St. John's. I basically grew up visiting this hotel over the years, and it never disappoints. The service is fantastic, as well as the location (harbour view is the BEST). And the food is superior. Special shout out to Ashley at the front desk, and Louise in the restaurant - but really everyone at the hotel is fantastic!!! Can't wait to visit again next year.

It was a wonderful stay. Room was large and a beautiful scenery of the bay was there. The unexpected thing was they charged 50$ as a damage deposit at the entrance. It was not there in the expedia or they didn't tell me while I contact them before to ask several things. I was afraid whether I'm close to my credit limit while paying that because if you don't have a credit card you have to pay 250$ from the debit card. Therefore be prepared for that. But it's refunded within 2-3 business days from your checkout . The staff was friendly and supportive. The front office lady even provided me with numbers to order pizza as I checked in after their resturant was closed around 10.30 pm. The indoor garden is magnificent with lots of tropical trees and flowers.
