Very Good
We enjoyed the room expect for the bathroom The bathtub plug would not work properly even after maintenance came into work on it. Service at the restaurant was great but the food was overpriced and not good. We would stay there again but eat elsewhere.

Very comfortable bed and nicely furnished room, but the fan is on the loud side, whether set on low or high, and took awhile for room to warm up when chilly. Indoor parking was $14 per day without in/out privileges and $21 per day with in/out privileges. Rooms and hallways were very quiet. Concourse level connects to downtown underground pedway, which includes coffee shops, restaurants, food court and other shops.

great location, beds didnt have bed protectors, beds were all stained, pillows were feather and there was feathers everywhere. lots of dust. great customer service and friendly staff.

A hood place to stay even in an October blizzard!
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeper was warm and positive. Even noted my travel toothpaste was nearly empty and replaced it for me. Would recommend this hotel.
