The beach
The hotel was fresh and new and clean.

Great new hotel and even better management
The hotel was brand new so everything was smooth as should be expected. The pleasant surprise was the manager Jeremy. He was extremely helpful and personable and the next time I am in town I would stay just because he treated me so well.

Very Good 8.0
Very pretty hotel, staff was available for questions and very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. They had a welcome basket for our dog, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. The only con to our stay were the loud neighbors, we could hear people outside hanging out and talking loudly til past midnight, so the windows or walls seem thin since we could hear from the 3rd floor.

Great two night stay
Great new hotel. Jeremy at the front desk was awesome and check in was seamless. Because of covid the pool was open but scheduled for just your group and that was also awesome seeing most hotels just have their pools closed. Overall 5* for our stay

Fix the low hanging fruit
We were disappointed that the television in our room wasn’t working and that the A/C was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. If things this basic weren’t taken care of, we were concerned that perhaps deep cleaning during this pandemic wasn’t taken care of.

It is our best stay in US, very friendly staff, excellent amenities, great service and worth every penny. Very clean, well maintained and new facilities. They took care of the stay so well inspite of the pandemic.

The property is new so was clean but the room was smaller than what i was expecting for the price. The walls are thin because we could hear our neighbors talk. It is not a place that i would stay at again.

Its new...for now
The walls and floors in this place are paper thin. You can hear conversations, tvs, toilets flushing, foot steps sound like an earthquake, its really bad. Every person that walks by your room sounds like they are IN your room. The breakfast, in most part due to public health restrictions, was atrocious. They offered string cheese, applesauce, and boiled eggs. The heating and cooling in rooms is wonky--the temperature we set the thermostat didn't seem to matter, it was just on or off-- either freezing cold (cool setting) or super warm (heat setting) no matter what temp we set it to. The good: the staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel, being newly constructed/remodeled, is immaculate. The outdoor fire seating is great. The pet friendliness is a huge plus for us, but not sure how others without pets will feel, especially over time when this place begins to age (didn't seem like there was "pet" rooms). Close proximity to the beach and prom (1 block). Room was comfortable. Overall, this place is really clean and updated and modern (as of summer 2020), but im not sure how long that newness will last. It feels to me as though Saltline will gradually fade into the cluttered mess of mediocre Seaside hotels.
