Pleasant except for no room ready when we arrived
We stayed for one night to attend a party with long-time friends. Our stay was very pleasant, especially the care given us by the staff members at the front desk. The only downside was that our check in was delayed by 35 minutes because no room was ready -- this despite the fact that the reservation had been confirmed 3 months prior, we arrived at the 4:00 PM time, and had checked in on-line the night before.

I won’t return
I’m disabled and was there due to leaving the hospital into an impending snowstorm. The location is great to get food. However, I did not expect they had no generation. We were without power from at least 5pm to after 10 pm. I don’t know when it came back as I went to bed. I spent Tuesday throwing up in the dark and it was awful. No one came around and explained anything or gave a time frame or offered anyone assistance.

Comfortable stay
We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and the staff are kind and polite and professional. Only weird thing was in the morning i could clearly hear guest in another room speaking when i was in the bathroom, i thought my mom had turned on the tv, but she hadn't. Made me wonder if anyone could hear us???

The hotel was AMAZING! Patrick, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful and wanted to ensure we had the best experience possible. The rooftop bar was a must-see just as Patrick said. The food there was limited in variety but everything we had was delicious. We look forward to returning. Our only complaint was the Congress Street restaurant on the first floor. We waited 45 minutes for baked brie and it was ice cold when it was served.
