First room had a leaky kitchen faucet and ants were coming out of the kitchen sink. They moved us to another room which was better but none of the hotel phones worked in that room

Liked it!
We will definitely consider this hotel in the future when we attend anything at American Airlines. We loved the parking, delicious breakfast, and comfortable rooms. There was only one complaint I have. We stayed for 3 days. The shower had very little pressure. A trickle if you will. But that being the only negative thing, hopefully next time it will be a more refreshing stay.

Older hotel in newer neighborhood.
The hotel was great and nice large room with kitchen with full sized refrigerator, but a couple of hours after we checked in someone opened our door with a key (card). The front desk had tried to give someone else our room. When I went down to talk with them and make sure they wouldn't do it again they said, "Someone made a mistake." No apology, etc. Pool was freezing and spa cold even though 80+ degree day.
