Outrigger Guam Beach Resort, Tamuning

Overall we were happy staying here. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We had a leaky ceiling and within two hours of telling the front desk we were in a new room. I am giving a low score on condition due to the leaking ceiling and a toilet that backed up. The hotel rooms need new carpeting as the 2 rooms we stayed in both were threadbare. When we visit Guam again we will certainly consider staying here again.

Staff was welcome, with clean and relaxing environment. The only thing is that I found out a out the breakfast and club package 6 days I to my stay.

Everything was great expect the bed and flat pillows...

Stay was generally good

This is our 2nd time here, and we loved staying here. The hotel is connected to The Plaza Shopping Center and Underwaterworld Guam, very much accessible to a lot of restaurants and shopping places. Our room was comfortable and quite big, just right for us with 2 kids. Overall, this is one of our favorite hotels and will stay again next time. The only complaint I had, was the parking staff were not so friendly with us (we even lived here in Guam). They gave us an suspicious/ annoying look every time we park as if were not customers. Hope the Hotel Management retrain their parking staff not to discriminate customers whether they are locals or tourists.
