Hotel was just ok, at best. Had expectations for a Ritz Carlton. Should have been one of the best hotel experiences, but it was just meh. Staff not friendly, dare I say a touch rude. Maybe due to lack in guests diversity-hope you hear that point. I’ve stayed at significantly better, lesser starred hotels.
