We stayed in a falls view room and it was absolutely beautiful. Everyone liked the view. Although the parking fee was a bit high. Still I would definitely come back.

Not a resort but a motel
Terrible communication skills of front office. They could barely read computer. Employ good people who can talk well and understand and are computer literate. Room had loose electrical socket outlets and no water. This is by no means a resort.

Definitely would stay again, staff was super friendly, answers all my questions. Breakfast is really good and beautiful view of the falls. We had treatments at the spa in the hotel and would 100% book the spa again. It was just what me and my husband needed. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. Close to everything we did not take our car from the parking lot. We walked everywhere. Beds are super comfortable

It was AMAZING. My mother is handicapped. They put us in a fantastic falls room view. The buffet was amazing. The service. I LOVE that they recycle! The staff were all very friendly and kind. It is a very good stay and wonderful hotel. I could not have been happier
