This is our second stay, and in both instances the staff has gone out of its way to meet our requests. The variety of food at breakfast is outstanding. We are walkers and were able to visit most sites in the city from the hotel.

Overall experience was amazing. Everyone was courteous. Great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing opportunities. One item for concern - we were told several times that the driver for the airport transfer would accept credit cards. Once we arrived at the airport we were told by the driver he did not accept credit cards as the hotel did not tell him to bring the card reader. We had just enough US dollars to pay the driver. Very frustrating.
