Convenient Location
Wonderful lobby coffee, water, happy hour. Friendly service. Disappointed that they stopped breakfast. Convenient location to fast food, Cedar Sinai, Trader Joe, CVS, and Beverly Center. Bathrooms need to be updated. Bed and AC/ heater very comfortable.

The "Pre-Check In" and "Pre Check-Out" are a little weird and charges for Early Check In and Out as well, but overall a very nice hotel and convenient to everything West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area.

The hotel DIDNT HAVE HOT WATER OR HEATING IN DECEMBER!!! The water was ice cold and we had to sleep in robes and slippers that we bought because they don’t give you slippers. It was just HORRIBLE!!!
