Excellent customer service
Everything was really excellent for our stay...... staff were amicable and helpful except for one grumpy bartender at the bar but his colleagues were all very friendly and helpful so they made up for him. We had to be moved to another room on the 2nd day as the room we requested was not available when we checked in early. The team member, Jasper, who took care of this was exceptional. He kept checking in to make sure we were ok. Rooms were all very clean and well prepared. If we needed anything during the times of housekeeping, the housekeeping team was always happy to help. Kudos to the team who were there during our stay, they did very well.
