Lovely for a couple getaway
The staff here were very professional and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. We received a complimentary upgrade just for letting them know it was our first time to Seattle. The bath and view were heavenly. The location is ideal. Parking was VERY expensive. If you have few bags, opt for parking in a nearby garage.

Will definitely stay here again
This is probably my favorite hotel i have stayed at in Seattle. The room had a really nice tub and included bath salts. Everything was updated and looked nice. I didnt use the pool or hot tub or room service but they were available. Check in staff was very friendly. Used the parking garage connected to the building, it was very convenient. It was close enough to walk all over downtown even to the stadium.

8/10 Very good

Lack of communication of services
The grand Hyatt is an amazing hotel aesthetically and very clean. I would have liked to know more information upon check in, like where to get breakfast that was supposed to be included. The valet had to let me know about the spa services on floor 4 and that was in passing..another hotel guest let me know there was a lounge on floor 27 with a few breakfast items. I had to ask the front desk where there was any marketplace or vending machine to get some late night snacks, which there is none at the hotel. When I called to get my car for the valet, it was busy signal repeatedly, so no getting my car until I went downstairs and then had to wait with my luggage. When you pay nearly $600 for one night in a suite, it seems like the communication of what is available should have been a little more clear, and the service a bit more attentive.
