Do not book this hotel!
I booked a 4 night stay king size bed, pillow cases were too small for the pillows, there were for a double bed. There were 2 towels & 1 hand towel for the 4 days, no offer of fresh towels or room attendance at any time. No glasses/mugs in the room. 1 crooked light coming away from the wall over the bed, no bed side lamps or clock of any kind. The lighting was completely inadequate for the space. The continental breakfast, a complete joke: fruit loops, Cheerios, brown bread, butter, strawberry jam, coffee, juice machine which didn’t work, coffee only and a container of coffee mate. The best part though…Kleenex box instead of napkins! Hotels. Com, I have booked many many times over the years with you. Honestly you would or should be embarrassed to sell this hotel on your site!! Before this stay I booked a hotel in Montreal on your site. Honestly I’m afraid of what we might find when we arrive!
