Found out a week after our stay in the hotel that my spare iPhone was missing. Reached out to the hotel and they immediately responded. Their cleaning crew found my fone and they were so quick to respond. They shipped it back to me after verifying that it was really mine. Good, accommodating and honest people. Fantastic all around
This hotel is in the heart of the city, and was simply fabulous. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful! We ate dinner in the hotel and again the food was simply delicious! Breakfast was included and we couldn’t wait to wake up to eat!
