BAD EXPERIENCE
Disappointed!!! my room aircon broke down on my 2nd day and it resulted water dripping down directly to my bed and to the carpet floor. I patiently waited for the maintenance to fix it but it was unsuccessful. Water continues to drip down from the aircon so i requested a room change. So disappointed and frustrated that after this hassle and inconvenience ,my room was DOWNGRADED from a double room to a small & single bed with a small & old bathroom that i can barely move( I’m a short & petite person).The room i’m talking about is room 328. I was so frustrated that i wanted to talk to the manager before i check out the following morning BUT again at 0845, i was told that the manager is not in yet. I can’t just believe that i did not get what i paid / booked for.
To the hotel personnel, give what your customer paid for! The inconvenience of transferring to another room,malfunctioning aircon and downgrading me to a single / small room is nothing BUT FRUSTRATING. Train your personnel to handle such situation.
