Spotless Room
Hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet was generous (mindful that this is included at no additional cost). Will definitely stay here once again during future visits to Rome!

It was sooooo hot!!!! They turned off the air conditioning but it was not that cold outside so the place was like a furnace. We had to open the window but it was a very busy street so it was noisy. The toilet would not flush properly and smelled weird and the shower had no stable temperature, kept shifting from cold to hot.The elevator door was stuck and we had to get in sideways. In general The condition of the place doesńt match a 4 star hotel. It is a short walk from the train terminal, that was convenient,but there are lots of other hotels equally convenient. Breakfast was really good though 😊

It was the best location to start a proper tour of Rome, and ideal for coming back after a long day exploring. The breakfast was superb, the bed was incredible and we were just utterly chuffed.

Honeymoon in Rome
We went to Rome for our honeymoon and stayed at this hotel. It was very close to the train station (Termini). It was about a 15 or less walk with luggage.The hotel was within walking distance to many historical sites, shops snd restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful when finding restaurants and any other questions we had. They offer a simple complimentary breakfast which provides a nice start to the day. Lastly, room was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location.
This hotel was great. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Close to the train and subway stations. The room was smaller than anticipated, however, this is Europe. It was clean, comfortable and came with a continental breakfast. Definitely recommend
