Excellent service by the team at Pangkor Laut who served us at our 4 Bedroom Villa at the Estates. Chef cooked plenty of delicious fresh meals to keep us well over fed. Butler was amazing, efficient & thoughtful of us. Staff at every corner willing to make sure we are being catered to our every needs and issues that we may have faced. Overall words can’t describe the amazing service we have received during our stay. One of a kind experience if you decide to splurge on the “Estate” package. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience from the moment we stepped out of the boat and walked into our beach villa. Staff greeted us at the jetty and showed us to the reception area when we were given a cold refreshing drink and a cool face towel to freshen up. The ac had already been switched on in advance to keep the room nice and cold for us. Then after returning back from dinner, the room was beautifully decorated with happy birthday message on the bed with flower petals and leaves for my wife. The room was large and the bed very comfy. Service from staff was exemplary which even extended to the attention given to my 7 year old daughter during breakfast. All this made our stay a most memorable one.

Loved the design of it. Loved Emerald Bay. Spa treatment was very good. Disappointed to see that with all the problems of plastic washing up on the beach they are still using plastic bottles and straws.

This is an excellent resort, well-managed and well-designed. We stayed for 3 nights recently and had an excellent time. There are plenty of dining options and there is a wonderful place to relax and swim (Emerald Beach) that you can get an easy shuttle-bus to. Staff were very polite and very efficient.

The Villas are beautiful, and the experience at the spa was not only unique but flawless.The only issue for us was the trash in the water and costal areas. For instance, an old refrigerator and trash was in the sand in front of our water villa (117) for two days. Our last night at the hotel we had bad weather, lots of rain and thunderstorms. The strong currents drift the old refrigerator back to the sea. At Emerald bay, we found plastic bags floating and used them to pick up lots of trash. Two plastic bags full of it. I know the trash in the ocean is not the hotel's fault but more attention has to be taken to those on the shore to prevent them from drifting back into the sea.
