Overall I rated this hotel a 3 because it was the loudest hotel we have ever stayed at. The fire alarm went off on our fist morning and it was excruciatingly loud. There was no explanation or apology for this and we don’t know why it happened (no fire trucks arrived). We stayed in a room very close to the lobby and every night it was loud, sometimes from the bar and other times I’m not sure where the noise was coming from (possibly the lobby)? Then in the morning the clanging and banging of setting up the breakfast buffet was loud. If you are a light sleeper and you book to stay at this hotel I would recommend requesting a room down the hall away from the lobby. The breakfast was excellent!

I drove around looking for a hotel to accommodate my condition , doctor recommended I use a hot tub jacuzzi 3 times a day , the hotel manager shows me a nice room 310 . so I book it.. I arrive at the hotel . I'm given room 320 the clerk says oh its a nicer room called executive suite man I happy finally get to rest my back and body. RIGHT , NOT...I enter the room go into the bathroom wtxxxx a shower , I go back down stairs tell the dude where is the jacuzzi he tells met book a room with it. you did however book a suite . you book

It’s all show and no go.
Looked good in pics but not so much in person. Common area carpets and floors were very dirty with debris on the surface. The “jetted tub” was missing dials for the controls and looked to be a vintage 70’s model that had been repainted (including the jets and drain) and was peeling. Instead of redoing the bathroom during a remodel they painted the times and tub with caulking in the gaps that looked like something a child did. The bed was horrible and pillows were thin and lumpy. It had a trayed ceiling, but the lights shown through gaps in the crown molding. All in all I would never stay there again. The young man who checked us in was great, the girl the next morning was more concerned about what she was typing on her phone than completing our checkout. I would avoid this place.
