We enjoyed our stay at Western Holiday Lodge in Three Rivers. The hotel room was large and appointed with comfortable furnishings. The only down side of the stay is we did not find the king size bed comfortable for my husband and I. The continental breakfast was good. The staff was helpful in making a good list of local restaurants. All in all it was a very good hotel at a reasonable rate. I would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay and not far from the Ash Entrance to Sequoia National Park. The place is well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. I would recommend eating at the pizza place which is close by.

We traveled with 2 adults + 3 kids to Kings Canyon & Sequoia's. The motel had clean rooms, air conditioning, parking, complementary breakfast & kind staff. The property is older, but maintained with room updates. Location is great for driving to the national parks. It's right next to the river and lake, which is an amenity of its own.

The facility is outdated. The rooms were spacious but old. The Jacuzzi was not working. They do offer continental breakfast. The location is great but the hotel it self needs lots of updates and remodeling. Its old.the guess above is we could hear their conversations and every time they walk or open the door. We could hear everything

This was actually a lovely, albeit dated, little hotel in a beautiful spot outside of the sequoia national park. It was honestly nicer than we expected overall, with the only drawback being that the water temperature was very difficult to set in the dated bathroom hardware, and it kept fluctuating from very cold to very hot (potentially since we were the last room in the row and other guests where hopping in and out of the shower around the same time in the morning).

Upon arrival the staff was helpful. The room was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable and felt like it was going fall apart at times. Or AC was nice, however the shower water would switch from very hot to very cold all on its own. Breakfast was extremely lacking and along with opening at 7:30, it really didn't work well for us. I know I will not return and don't believe I'd recommend this hotel.

At first glance, the hotel looks welcoming with plenty of parking. The swimming pool is out by the check-in area and decent sized. Our double queen bed room is big and looks nice. Got all the simple amenities (microwave, coffee maker, tv, fridge, hair dryer, etc.) On closer look, you start to see some problems. There are ants everywhere in the room but thank goodness not near the bed. The bed sheets looks clean but on closer look, you will see little specks of black (ash). I think someone's been smoking in my non-smoking room previously. The shower pressure level is terrible and the temperature fluctuates between burning hot and icy cold every 10 sec. So you got to keep adjusting the hot and cold knob. Never encounter a shower like this before! Finally, don't live near the entrance if you can because of the constant noise from the pool, drive-by cars and people living upstairs. The farther units are single-storied, quieter and away from the main road.
