We were given a room that had an adjoining door resulting in very little privacy but the staff was more than happy to move us. Bed was horribly uncomfortable and the restaurant was disappointing but overall good hotel

Check in could have gone smoother
We were downgraded to a smaller room upon arrival. After returning to the desk to let them know we were then switched to the correct room size, but an outdated room. Not a fan of the check in process. No variety for breakfast choices with is also unfortunate.

Room smells like a smoking room. Would’ve asked for a refund and left if not so late. Gave me a headache to sleep there. And beds were not pillow top as stated. Front desk was nice.

The room was great as always when I stay there. Breakfast was surprisingly good considering covid restrictions (better than last year). Only draw back was covid restriction for restaurant/bar on site. Had to sit outside, chairs uncomfortable.
