Great people and accomodations
The bed was comfortable and I was glad that each of our beds had 4 pillows because i needed 2 to raise my leg up. I had to put the heat on and it worked so well making the room warm. Not too warm but just right. The guy with the beard at the desk was very helpful by changing our room for us to one near the front desk since we're seniors and had too much to push. And the girls at the desk were very cheerful and helpful when my room key wouldn't open the door and the girl that ran the breakfast room was excellent and had a good personality. Everything was clean . We'd go there again for sure

Very stressful unsuccessful stay
Room was cancelled by Hotels.com. Tried calling hotel to verify cancellation. The person we talked to was extremely rude and refused to try to help. He told us to call "Expedia" to sort out our questions. Trying to stay at this hotel was very stressful. To add insult to injury, our credit card has been charged for the stay!

Calm Suite but poorly maintained
The staff at check in did their best with the conditions, but our door was not working, our room was not cleaned poperly (bunch or hair everywhere, used linen, dirty mirror, odors) I am sorry but I can't recommend this Best Western
