Very convenient hotel with excellent service. There's some problem with the shower, though. At least in the room I stayed, the temperature of the water keeps changing, from too hot to too cold, which is very annoying.

This hotel has a young hip vibe to it. It was very clean & the bed was comfortable. I think they take minimalistic a bit too extreme. I would have liked a few more amenities in the room. It was great to have a shuttle to the airport & we were given a shuttle schedule but it wasn’t explained. To go to the airport costs 3 euros ea. Apparently you must buy a ticket I’m advance which we didn’t know.

I have stayed at this Ibis many times before whenever I had to make an early flight time. It is very closed to the airport, convenient and wonderfully priced. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The front desk individual, Hasan, was very welcoming and friendly.

Excellent! The room was not so tiny tiny room as I expected. Clean and cozy room. I got reasonable price via Hotels.com. Hotels staff were friendly and kindness. I got small Christmas treat "Chocolate" when I CHKIN. I would like to say again. I will stay again. *No kettle and a fridge in the room. *Limited bath amenity(Only liquid soap). Only one bath towel. *WiFi signal was sometimes slow. *The shuttle between Airport and hotel, were NOT frequently and NOT 24H, operating. I was waiting the Shuttle at airport 45 minutes(It was rainy day and cold)), One of the shuttle driver was really rude to guests.(He is not the hotel employee).

The Airport shuttle Bus was easy to find outside terminal 1 at Frankfurt. That made it easy to come and go quickly.

Great over all with only some minor drawbacks
Great place for the price. Kind of far away from everything except for the airport. the rooms are small but nice and clean. The bed covers are only a thick duvet instead of a comforter and sheet. The biggest downside was the shower’s inability to maintain a temperature; this seemed to be hotel-wide. But given the price it was a small inconvenience. Another small issue was who infrequent the airport shuttle runs compared to other hotels nearby. However, the hotel is in good shape- it feels new, the people at the front desk were really nice and the breakfast was amazing.
