Chances are we won't stay again.

Me and my husband booked this hotel as a pass over on our trip to TN and again on our way back. We booked having a dog, the first reservation they could not find. They had 2 bldgs, main and "pet friendly". They had to put us in the main the first night because they had no pet friendly rooms cleaned. The hotel is old and outdated but the staff was very nice. The return stay, they gave us our key to our pet friendly room in what appeared to be a distressed abandoned building. The first key did not work. My husband when back to the desk. The girl then gave him a another key. We entered our room to realize someone had been staying in that room. The building was disgusting and I considered sleeping in my car vs that building. However, when he went back to the desk in the main building to let them know our room was occupied they put us back into the main building. All and all the staff is nice, the main building "only" is clean its just really dated. I would never book the pet friendly building....ever.
