I want to commend the staff. Joseph in the garage was very welcoming and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk, lounge, to the cleaning crew were extremely friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend it to anyone There is one area of improvement that I would definitely address if I were to stay at the hotel again. It has to do with amenities. There were beverages in our room for us to use. Specifically, caffeinated coffee and juices. There was a small Keurig type coffee maker with 4 caffeinated pods. My husband and I each had two cups of coffee the first morning therefore using all of the coffee pods. I normally enjoy having coffee prior to doing anything in the morning. We also consumed a couple of cans of juice that first day. Normally, in other hotels, whatever items you use are replaced by housekeeping when your bed is made. This did not occur. None of these items were replaced! This was the first time I ever experienced such a thing it in ANY hotel. I thought it was very strange. It was as though we were being rationed. The following morning, neither of us could make or enjoy a cup of coffee in our room. We were spending $600.00 per night and felt this should have warranted a "free" morning cup of coffee in our room without us having to ask. The hotel should rethink this policy. Judging by other things we saw this was purposely done.
