Property Loacation is great and you can actually sit enjoy tides. Warren is a nice guy and serves you nice breakfast. The room we got on Lower floor, we did not like as there was Table but no chairs. Firepalce did not work as propane supply was awaited. Basically, okay to sleep overnight.

The property owner did not pitch for our booking. They did not make the effort to let us know that they do not accept our booking. When we arrived we walked into a dirty unkept house. We had to drive to Halifax that night to get available accommodation. I do not recommend you stay at this guest house.

A beautiful place right on the bay of Fundy. Close to some beautiful attractions like Burntcoat Head park and tidal bore adventures. Great breakfast and wonderful knowledgeable host. Definitely would go back.
