Great location byt had some issues early on.
The suite is spacious and comfortable and in an awesome area of coconut grove. The bed in the second bedroom was only a queen. It was not comfortable and made noise when you get in or move. The door lock was not working when we arrived I had to go to the front desk three times and ask for a manager to send someone to change the batteries. We waited 35 min before being able to get in the room. I messaged the owner and they did not respond even once. The tvs in the bedroom did not have the cable set up. I had to go back to the desk a fourth time to ask for maintenance please fix the tvs. Later that night the tv turned off on its own and the cable once again wasnt working when the tv was turned back on. I didnt complain a second time becuase why the hell is a tv set to turn off on its very own when the guest pays for that included in the room. I have never seen anything like it. I messaged the owner about that as well and they never messaged back. I called the phone number but no one answered. The air conditioner is very loud when it cuts on and off. The rooms are not sound proof you can hear people talking in the hallways very loudly with doors closed. The front desk manager was nice and helpful so atleast they helped us. The suite is definitely nice for that money, customer service with the owners needs work.
