Wow did I feel unwelcome! At check-in as well as at check-out I interfaced with the same woman and I almost asked her if I was inconveniencing her or if something about me personally affronted her. I've never experienced anything like it. Those rude interfaces left a bad taste in my mouth and cast a pall on the rest of our stay. The plaza level of the hotel is charming in terms of decor, birdsong & views but we also found it to be loud. We could hear exactly what was going on outside the room as well as in the room next door, plus the noise of nearby traffic and trains. We visited the adjoining restaurant but it felt like a tourist trap. This was the low point of our trip. Bummer.

Fist off.. we were “warned about the keys not working well” and to call the office if we get locked out, so red flag off the bat. I need to say that this was a issue everyone was having in my group. I was locked out of my room 4 times in the pounding rain, they sent security every time with copies of our keys which was odd and they never worked! Ok the parking… we were never told about were to park or where the parking structure are! You will drive by them if you are not looking hard. I have to say this was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in! Absolutely disgusting!!!
