Small but cozy and very charming!
My boyfriend and I stayed in the room with a queen-sized bed. Very small but cozy room. Swinging the door leading into our room, it barely cleared the edge of our bed Staff was amazing: very friendly and knowledgeable The check-in desk is the bar. They offer each guest a complimentary sangria. Ours had notes of blueberry and it tasted great. They also offer non-alcoholic drinks like mini Boxed Water for $2.50 but also have complimentary water (thanks Sarah for letting us know!). The lobby bar closes at 2am Someone forgot to log out of their Netflix account on our TV so thanks Micah The hotel touts soundproofing but we heard some noises throughout the night so beware Plenty of charging outlets everywhere The bidet is awesome! It was our first time using one so we giggled every time nature called. The toilet seat warms up when you sit on it long enough and it emits a blue light in the bowl so it doubles as a night light! The shower was interesting. No door to the shower itself (just the restroom) so we ended up making a spill all over the floor next the toilet. But the whole restroom was steamy and warm so no shivering when we got out! It needs a mini fridge. Though the room was so small, I'm not sure there's space to add one. We couldn't safely eat our take-out leftovers since the room wasn't cold enough. If you're planning to take foods to your room, make sure they're non-perishable; or maybe bring a cooler or lunchbox along We'll be back whenever we get the chance!

2/10 Poor

Worst experience in a hotel ever
When we arrived at our room, the room had not been cleaned. The bed was undone, there were towels on the floor, the trashes were full and there was money on the table. This was at 10:30pm. We had been traveling for 4 hours. The hotel was full and there were no cleaning service available, with it being so late at night. We had already paid for parking, so, our options were limited. We had to find another place to stay, on our own. Although there is a claim that I am going to be refunded, the person at the front desk had no information on how, since she wasn't the one giving me the refund.

6/10 Good

Overall pretty good for the price
The rooms are a lot smaller than they look online and they ARE NOT sound proof. At all. The bed is very comfortable, and it was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. But one side of the bed is against the shower wall and there's only one bed side table, and no windows. You could very easily hear neighbors and anyone outside the door, and there was only one light, and it's very bright. Overall it was a decent place to stay and great for the price (drinks were very expensive). I mainly look for a place to be clean and comfortable, so it checked those boxes.

8/10 Very good

I think my only deal is that you can hear the banging of the floors and talks of the people walking in the hallways inside your room. And hoping that there’s a small table as well near the sink to put your things on.. everything’s minimal, straight forward on essentials and on point-but I would have appreciated it more, if I have something to put my things on instead of putting it altogether on the sink and get my toothpaste or water on everything. But overall it’s a pretty nice place to stay at for an overnighter.
