There was a bad smell in the bathrooms when we checked in. Also the trash can was not emptied out which was disgusting. The wifi is also horrible. My husband had work to do and he had to go to the lobby to get decent wifi. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the location.

The property is in an amazing location. Close to everything. The staff are great super friendly and helpful. Was disappointed in their internet service. They need to do something about that. Very slow. They do not have ironing boards or irons, they should really look into that as a traveller sometimes you need that and they wanted us to send it off to be done. Food amazing all around the hotel.

We have a spacious quadruples on the top floor. Beds are separated by a wall, like two bedrooms, with individual a/c, plus a big sitting area. Very rare in Europe. Hotel on a quiet lane in the center, less than 5 minutes walk to plaza Nueva, or Cathedral, lots of restaurants around. Carrefour express, and bus #33 to bus station 2 minutes walk. Only concern is that WiFi doesn’t work well in the room. Shower stand has a big opening, we have to throw a towel on the ground. The towels are big and soft.

The hotel was okay and the staff was friendly and helpful enough. But! The breakfast is NOT worth it. It is a bowl of fruit and a coffee machine. You can walk down the street and pay way less for a much better breakfast. Also do not follow google maps to the hotel. It will lead you down a narrow street to a bollard that you can not pass. The website says parking available but it really isnt. You just have to park at any parking garage you find and pay.

it is located at the heart of the city beside the cathedral near bus stops. Cathy who speaks perfect English at reception helped us for directions and alerted us to leave the hotel earlier than planned to avoid any delay due to a race next day.

great location at a reasonable price but the breakfast at 11 euros was expensive and dispensed by machines. go anywhere outside for a fresh coffee, croissant and freshly squeezed OJ at half the price.
