Tesoro is a really nice hotel, well located for people enjoy clubs. It is has an amazing location by the marina. Staffs are so gentle and caring, they treat us very well and make us feel super comfortable… Breakfast is worth. We definitely could stay again at Tesoro.

Good location not a great hotel
Booked ocean view room and only got 1 level up and only see from far left of balcony .Most of the staff not very friendly especially buffet area . They got mad we were taken a piece of bread to our room after breakfast. Hard to even get them to pour coffee . We booked fishing through the hotel and they got us the worst boat that almost sank and we didn’t even get to fish . Wouldn’t give full refund . The spa girls were great. The waitress la reina was also great and the girl giving out the towels. Location is great but the hotel wasn’t . I personally would not stay again .

I was in a Jr Suite and the rooms next to me were being remodeled. The noise was so bad I could not have a phone conversation or listen to the television. the banging was hard enough to drop the paintings off my walls. out of the eight hours a day they were working I had to leave the room for at minimum four hours during the day due to the noise. unacceptable.

Tried to sell you on membership. Very pushy! Pool was too cool to swim in and the music by the pool was hip hop and most using the pool was over the age of 45. The elevators all need maintained, they were scary to be in, wasn’t sure we wouldn’t be stuck.
