All inclusive was not worth it, quality of food was low and tasted bad. Just kids food pizza, fries, burgers, nuggets mainly. 40 min queues to buffet everyday and very chaotic, everyone running around. All inclusive did have lunch coupon to the park which was nice but no drinks included in the park. Beds were small and AC didn’t work. My 16 year old had to sleep on the floor fir 3 nights. Overall cleanliness good have been better in stairs, pool, etc Pool was beautiful and big enough even a bit dirty, hair floating around, sand in the bottom. Water was nice and cool Enough chairs. Staff was friendly and good attitude. Great location to park and tickets included to stay.

We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat.

Check in was a pleasure staff were pleasent. changed room on day 2 as sewer smell got too bad but this was all dealt with swiftly. The bathrooms are spacious didn’t give 5 stars as they do need a refurb in this area. Outside facilities nice but not cleaned as saw 2 days running someone’s rubbish and cereals had been spilt oh and there’s always a nappy isn’t there! Blame guests firstly! There’s places to refill water bottles and a machine providing hot water fyi if not all inclusive it’s good to know! You can store luggage at end of trip for a fee its a wet safe option. Your key card accumulates points at portaventura on purchases worth knowing and must be presented before payment, rooms are cleaned daily and there is always pleasent staff about if you need anything

A good stop for Port Aventura: Top tips included

The hotel is ok, swimming pool is fun, reception area clean and organised and the theme park is amazing so the tickets were what made this stay. A few things to note: The breakfast times were really not right they will give you a 45 min window in which you will spend the first 10 min going in and the last 10 being reminded you need to leave. This was really not explained on arrival and the first day we arrived at half past (thinking we just had to arrive within the timeframe chosen on the app) and immediately being reminded we needed to leave… the park is a good 15 -20 min walk to the park gate. the walking inside the park is insane so be prepared, this hotel does not include early morning entry (those that are inside the park do) and last, our room was ok there were a few cobwebs in the ceiling crevices which meant my children refused to sleep in the top of the bunk bed and we were eaten by mosquitoes (obviously the spiders were not working hard enough ;)) so take repellent. Also, disappointingly our room was about half the size of the room in the main building that some friends had booked directly with port aventura (same class and price, but they had a bigger cleaner room with a reception and sofa) request these in advance if possible. This is a trip for the kids and they loved it so that’s all we really cared for. The hotel has things to improve but as a theme park hotel it did the job.

We went during school trip times so as you can imagine full of spanish kids who have no manners. But apart from this. The staff were amazing and couldnt do more to help you or try to avoid the kids during breakfast and Dinner. Room was fine, a/c was alright. Avoid at all costs. It’s criminal to think they’re passing themselves off as 4 stars. More like 0 stars. Over an hour to check in. 95% of the “plants” are fake. Room is in disrepair. Our mattresses were dilapidated and I’m not exaggerating. The leaned at a 45 degree angle and it felt like sleeping on rocks. Walls are paper thin. And the domestic at 1:30-2AM did not help matters. No A/C in the lobby, hallways or restaurants. A/C broken in rotating rooms. Ours was — told staff at 5pm, they put a card in the room to keep the broken a/c running. It was over 30 degrees when we came back at 11:30pm. Had to ask repeatedly in order to change rooms (they wanted to send someone in the morning — like I’m paying to sleep in an oven?!). If you go “all inclusive” nearly everything has an up charge—does not exist. The food is abysmal. Think: theme park food at the worst US theme park imaginable. Huge let down. Even the guests were rude. Oh and plan on bringing your own towels—they only give you 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person—no extras—and do not supply pool towels. There are ZERO amenities like a shower cap or even complimentary bottled water in the room. No mini bar. And the hotel cafe/bars don’t open until 5pm. This place is a total dump. PortAventura is great, but not at the expense of staying here. AVOID.

The location of this hotel to the PortAventura theme park was brilliant only a short walk up the hill! The shower was nice and powerful. Unfortunately this is where the good stops. The bed was hard and not very comfortable, the hotel itself is incredibly noisy one of the worst I have stayed in! There is no soundproofing whatsoever and the occupants were not curious.
