Nice area. Would be better if pool wasn’t closed at 9, especially on a hot night. My eleven year old son was so disappointed. The sign for opening hours was written in felt. Blank at first and then written in later and pool area padlocked. Be aware also that outside photos that show an area on top level with views is only for people who rent the “ convention area”. Breakfast good but no bacon , just sausages for meat and cooked thin ham that is referred to as Canadian bacon. It is not. Pretty good breakfast though but get there early for a seat as breakfast are is very small:

Some deferred maintenance at this hotel. Shower lever on tub spout shot water everywhere and front automatic sliding doors failed, leaving patrons to sliding open and closed by hand.

Was disappointed
When we first got there the First Lady was pretty rude, but a gentleman took over and he was great! Now the only thing I will say is the town has been hit hard with wildfires when we were there so I think everyone was on edge with that, but the pool was gross, and the beds were terrible, and the breakfast was"interesting" microwave eggs and stale bread....

Nice stay in Redding - not too far from sundial br
Happy to find the pool on such a hot day and we loved the wall of jasmine surrounding it. Beds were super comfy. Room was clean and enormous. Breakfast was enough to get you started. Coffee in the lobby. Restaurants and liquor store within easy walking distance.

Basic Nice Hotel
It was a little hectic at check in, in that the usual staff was not immediately available, but eventually, all worked out. Our room was large with a nice sitting area. It was quiet on the east side of the hotel. One slight negative was that the hall carpet is in need of a deep cleaning.
