Small property, it was quiet and we felt very safe (gated entry way). The staff was friendly and greeted us each day, always willing to help. Excellent room for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. Nice to have the kitchen with a fridge & coffee pot. Rooftop pool is small, the view is amazing. Excellent location to walk to the beach or 5th avenue.

Great Staff and location is convenient to access the beach and the pedestrian areas. it is however very close to the "clubs" and it is loud most night until 2-3 am. the room are well isolated but fair warning :)
