Unfair treatment
The occupants above us walked heavy and loud that made us uncomfortable and unable to rest/sleep. We called the front desk 3 times but the occupants above continued walking the same way that made me knocked the ceiling of our room to made them aware about the way they walked were so disturbing to the people below them. Then these occupants called the front desk and complained about us knocking their floor. The front desk guy called our room right away and warned us the damage of the ceiling might cause because we knocked the ceiling so hard. We need to call the front desk 3 times before the people/occupants above us change the way they walk, but when those occupants complained about us banging the ceiling, that person on the front desk responded right away and immediately called us to treat us about the damage of the ceiling might cause of the knocking in the ceiling. That person on the front desk treated us unfairly.

Perfect location if you want access to Mystic Aquarium. Great family friendly property. Kids will enjoy the indoor pool. Friendly service, and free parking. Condition of property is clean and updated.

Not so happy
My grandchildren needed a shower after swimming in the pool .. the shower water was very cold.. we had no tv reception in the morning.. we had to call the front desk twice to come fix it.. after the second visit it was fixed.. when you have a 4 and 7 year old .. tv is pretty important

Arrived a few hours early but was able to get into my room. Due to school vacation there were quite a few young children running about the floor. When I went down stairs to the front desk to see if I would be able to move the room. “ Jake” was great he apologized and was able to find another room. Paper bag breakfast didn’t quite cut it though the next day.
