4/10 Fair

They should be embarassed
This hotel has a great location but it is terribly run down and in need of cleaning and renovation from top to bottom. From the moment you approach the hotel, you can see the filth and neglect and it is sad because a lot could be improved just with some cleaning. The lobby plate glass windows have not seen glass cleaner in a very long time, if the hotel owns a vacuum it has not been used in quite some time. The elevator is filthy, there is a bad smell. The room we got was probably the worst I have ever stayed in. The carpet looks like it came out of a homeless shelter. The room could be great if it was completely gutted then newly renovated. The positive is that there is a kitchen and nice views, even though the kitchen has not been renewed since the 1960's. We were thrilled to have checked out without catching some type of disease or bed bugs.

the good and bad
At night was very cold, not enough heating. T There was underwear hanging from the shower curtain rod from previews guest. It is very outdated. No coffee maker. The good is location, free parking and very comfortable mattress.

10/10 Exceptional

Lucky Find
This hotel was amazing value for a hotel on Robson Street. The 13 story building was purpose built as apartments then converted to a hotel. My spouse and I had a one bedroom suite with galley kitchen with an excellent view of Robson Street. We even had a peek-a-boo view of Coal Harbor and North Shore mountains. It is showing it's age and is need of some re-conditioning, but well tolerated for the value and location.

8/10 Very good

Okay, it's not pretty. But a hotel on Robson for $100? I stayed for 3 nights to attend a convention at the Westin Bayshore, an easy 10 minute walk. I had my own apartment, bedroom, living room kitchen & bathroom. The kitchen could have been better equipped, but I wasn't really cooking so it was fine. The sheets were clean. The area was safe. I had big floor to ceiling windows that opened, with great views. If you're super picky this isn't the place for you. If you want a reasonably priced placed with free parking in downtown Vancouver, give it a shot.

8/10 Very good

This is an older hotel that probably needs renovation but because of this the pricing was fantastic for downtown Vancouver, especially on Robson. I would definitely stay again and the staff were great to work with.

2/10 Poor

Worst place I have stayed all my life. Such a dingy place to stay.I happeneed to park my trolley inside my room and the staff came into my room without any due notice, toppled my bags from there and took the trolley away. the lights in the whole house was normal bulbs put up that made you hot esp the one in the bathroom. The towels were shabbily placed on the slab. we didnt feel like lying down much and in fact made an early morning exit. dont waste your money on this place.

6/10 Good

As a single female traveller I require my hotel be secure and clean. This was neither. There was no lock on the door just a flimsy clip (no dead bolt or nothing) The towels had stains and I had to ask for replacements. The bathroom was not clean at all. The comforter had cigarette burn holes
