Okay for one night
The bed was uncomfortable, and there were stains on a stool in the room that was a bit unsettling...but it was okay for the one night. It was all about location. The staff were friendly. Should have a cheaper price for parking a motorcycle!

Great Spot but old and needs little love!
This Hotel is in the perfect location, staff are amazing, and Restaurants were great! The Rooms were very clean but do need some updating. This is an old hotel but really could use a coat paint and updating. I would recommend the bed lines to be updated to newer styles (very old fabric feeling) and hard beds. I would recommend staying here if your ok with old and charming for a short stay.

Rooms were clean but the water pressure is lacking.

No rest for the wicked 😉
Well I thought the front desk staff were great I loved the location, but the bed was awful, the bedding was awful.... and we woke up stiff and sore and lacking sleep ..... so if like myself you need a good bed in order to have a great next day in Vancouver this would not be my choice of hotels to stay with.... but saying that it’s so close to everything which is fantastic..... if they got in some good beds and comfy bedding I would only stay at this hotel when in Vancouver but at my age my quality of sleep is top Priority...... sorry Moda Hotel we won’t be back until ur beds are new and quality 😉

Very Respectable Digs
Not as ritzy as I expected, by their own description, but that's a good thing. Unpretentious affordable boutique hotel within three blocks of three different Starbucks - 4 minute walk to Commodore Ballroom and a swank off-sale attached to the building for beer and wine.
